The hotel was special and gorgeous, it had well-mannered staff from the Management at the top. There where exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV in the a double room. Everything was simply perfect.

We had a great time at this resort for a low price. The beach was amazing, with 7ft waves for 3 days and calm water for the rest of our stay. The pool was large and had lots of activities for both kids and adults. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Chef Sandra and Alexandria who made delicious meals for those with dietary restrictions. We loved seeing monkeys on our balcony every day. Our room, although a little small and dated, was comfortable and clean. it was a good budget trip with a beautiful beach.
The restaurant options were limited and the food quality was not the best among the resorts we've been to.

We were excited to stay at a renowned resort and chose a beautiful beachfront location. The Iberostar Tucan in Playa del Carmen offered a stunning view of the ocean, which we enjoyed while sipping our morning coffee on the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and we loved taking advantage of the pool and spa facilities during our stay.
We were disappointed by the lack of vegetarian and vegan options available at the resort's restaurants.

The food, activities, jungle wildlife, and scuba diving experience were all fantastic. The staff was friendly and patient, especially during the scuba diving class. The beach and pool area provided great entertainment, and the improvements made since last year were noticeable. The variety of restaurants and nightly shows added to the enjoyable experience.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had a beautiful integration between nature and architecture, with stunning gardens full of free-roaming animals. The buildings were clean and well-maintained. Our bedroom was spacious, clean, and convenient, although the decor was slightly outdated. The highlight was definitely the food and drinks, which were amazing. The staff was fantastic, always going above and beyond to provide excellent service, such as bringing drinks to our sun chairs on the beach or by the pool.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
